Born in Los Angeles, California Cameron Burnett is an award-winning filmmaker. He studied Film and Television Production at the prestigious USC School of Cinematic Arts. While in high school, he premiered his first film, The Bench, at the Oscar qualified, Foyle Film Festival. The Bench then went on to receive Official Selections at more than 35 film festivals winning awards at 8. Cameron’s second film Alibi premiered at the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner. Alibi then went on to receive official selections at more than 10 festivals around the world.

In 2017, Cameron received UCLA’s courage award for his miraculous determination and recovery from locked in syndrome. He’s given multiple speeches about his journey including a keynote speech at Operation Smile and UCLA Neuroscience.
